Snake in Python

I had so much to say on Wednesday that apparently I exhausted my supply of words for the rest of the week. I guess it helped that I didn’t teach a single class on Wednesday (I did make performance tests though). My cold is lingering, but it’s very mild, so today I am determined to try to get a haircut. I ordered an Arduino kit yesterday, so that should come tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be able to tear myself away from that in time to go climbing. I was also thinking about putting together a programming session or something like that with two other teachers. I had dismissed the idea on the grounds that I don’t have many places to sit, but I realized that including my bed, I actually have three places, which should be sufficient. So I’ll think about that a bit more.

Yesterday I also wrote a Snake game in python. Python is so easy that it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable, but I think I wouldn’t mind doing a project with it in the future. For now though, I think I’m going to go back to Java and make another attempt at my memory program. Unfortunately, I spent an excessive amount of time yesterday on NGU Idle, so I didn’t get to start on that like I wanted to. And honestly that’s about all I have to say today.
