Took a nap today because I was really tired. Also bought a green pen for the sake of studying Japanese.

The quartiles problem that I started yesterday ended up taking me 55 minutes to finish, but I did complete it. On the other hand, I managed to read one problem and write a valid solution for it in about 3 minutes despite my focus being diminished by watching the clock. That felt like an accomplishment.

Health

Nothing. My biceps are pretty sore from yesterday.

Spiritual

Went to church, but instead of preaching we saw the pastor's wife show a slideshow about her trip to Israel. It more or less convinced me that Israel was not very high on my list of places to visit. The church here is really keen on Israel though. I'm not sure I buy into that--sure the Israelites were the first children of God, but now I think all Christians are the spiritual Israelites, and making one nation more representative of that than others seems wrong.
